How long will Luisa Graff Jewelers be closed? - We have made the choice to temporarily close our physical location beginning at 6:00 PM Monday, March 23. We will re-open at 10:00 AM Monday, April 6. What will happen with repairs? - We truly apologize for the delayed repairs and appreciate your understanding. We will continue to contact and notify our guests of any potential delays as soon as possible during the closure. What about our six-month inspections? - While the best guidance for jewelry cleaning and inspections is every six-months, as required in our lifetime guarantee, our guest’s safety, as well as that of our team members is our primary concern. Luisa Graff Jewelers will extend our six-month inspections during the closure dates, allowing for a three-month grace period and your warranty will not expire during this extension. As always Luisa Graff Jewelers will continue to be the best that Colorado Springs has for our customer service and all of our guests’ jewelry needs.
