With proper maintenance, any potential problems are detected early and most jewelry losses can be proactively prevented.

Keep in mind that jewelry does wear and when you own jewelry there are inherent risks and maintenance. That is why we require that you maintain your bridal inspection log. Your ring must be checked every six (6) months to minimize your exposure to loss. We will maintain your ring by providing FREE cleaning and checking, because our commitment is your satisfaction.

Nevertheless, they are not indestructible and can break. Accidents do occur. So does theft. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We can't guarantee them. Nobody really can. That's why we highly recommend that with every purchase of value, insurance is added as well. It will protect you in areas that guarantees don't. Remember, fine jewelry carries with it not only a monetary investment but an emotional attachment as well.

  • Your primary head is the most important part of your mounting. Re-tipping or replacing your head can be very expensive. We will provide the labor for FREE (you only pay for the worn out gold)* for as long as you own the ring!
  • We will repair your gold bridal mounting for FREE if any defects are found in the first twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
  • In your gold bridal jewelry we will replace any missing gemstone if it is due to defect in material or workmanship, with one of equal value, within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • We will provide a full refund within 15 days of purchaseaor an exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the sale was not part of a special promotion, a special order, or customized to your specifications (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.). Of course, merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • When we say your diamond is guaranteed we mean that every diamond we sell is graded according to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) standards and guaranteed plus or minus one grade or your money back.**
  • We offer a lifetime diamond trade-in at any time for another diamond of at least double the trade in value***. The trade in value is the original purchase price of the diamond only, excluding taxes. Diamond must be in original condition with no chips or cracks as well ass accompanied with the original diamond certification.  Metals and color gemstones are not eligible for trade in.
  • We offer FREE lifetime cleaning and inspections that include polishing all items and inspecting all prongs.
  • Unless otherwise stated our gemstones are genuine, not lab created as evidenced by your receipt.
  • We will not sell treated, laser drilled, or clarity enhanced diamonds without full disclosure as evidenced by your receipt..
