  • Your primary head is the most important part of your mounting. Re-tipping or replacing the primary head with new gold can cost between $100 - 300. We will provide the service for FREE for as long as you own your ring!
  • We will repair or replace your mounting for FREE if any defects are found in the first 12 months from date of purchase.
  • We will replace any missing gemstone, due to defect in material or workmanship, with one of equal value within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • We will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the sale was not part of a special promotion, a special order, or customized to your specifications. Of course, merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • When we say your diamond is guaranteed we mean that every diamond we sell is graded according to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) standards and guaranteed within +/- one grade or your money back.*
  • We offer a lifetime diamond trade-in at any time for another diamond of at least double the trade in value**. The trade in value is the original purchase price of the diamond only, excluding taxes. Gold and color gemstones are not eligible for trade in.
  • We offer FREE lifetime cleaning and inspections that include polishing all items and inspecting all prongs.
  • All our platinum jewelry is 95% pure platinum, guaranteed.
  • Unless otherwise stated our gemstones are genuine, not lab created.
